Conditions of Use
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, access to the services offered by BLAUET S.A. is free, although prior registration may be necessary for matters of data security and protection, or simply due to the characteristics of the service. For the services to which the user must register and for which access is provided by using a password, the user will be the only party responsible for maintaining the privacy of said password.
For the mere use of the services offered by BLAUET, the user hereby states his/her unqualified acceptance of these general terms and conditions and agrees to the restrictions on the use of the services that may be imposed at any given time.
The user hereby undertakes not to use the services for activities that contravene the law or public order, and in general he/she is bound to use them pursuant to these general conditions. He/She also undertakes not to use these services for commercial or advertising purposes, except by explicit agreement or consent, and not to use false identities or use the identities of other persons.
Part of the business activity of BLAUET S.A. consists of providing advertising, products and services for other companies. In no event can BLAUET S.A. assume any liability or give any guarantee or support about what it advertises, given that it is hereby understood that the liability for everything offered by an advert or for any type of commercial communication in general must be considered to belong to the advertiser.
The following are especially prohibited: any gratuitous insult, incitement to violence or hate, any action against the rights of minors or children, the copying or distribution of material protected by copyright, the transmission of unsolicited electronic mail (known as SPAM) or any type of similar communication, the removal of personal data or other types of information or software from our computer systems and, in general, any other activity that may be against the law, hereby considering that BLAUET S.A. is governed by Spanish law. If it is detected that any user is taking part in said prohibited activities, BLAUET S.A. is free to take measures such as preventing access by the offender and cancelling his user accounts (including any pending payments, if any) and even, depending on the severity, notifying the competent public authorities or taking legal action for compensation of the damages caused.
BLAUET S.A. will not be liable for any communication failures that might occur, including deletion, incomplete transmission or delays in transfer and, likewise, it does not promise that the transmission network will be operational at all times. Neither shall it be liable in the event that a third party, by violating the security measures established by BLAUET S.A., accesses the messages, inserts a computer virus or causes any other type of damage to the computer system that could affect its users.
BLAUET S.A. has adopted a personal data protection policy, including the registration of the same in the Data Protection Agency, but it cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its security systems or guarantee the security or inviolability of said data in the transmission thereof through the Internet.
Even though it makes every effort to do so, BLAUET S.A. cannot guarantee the lawfulness, reliability or utility of the content and services, or the veracity or accuracy thereof.
BLAUET S.A. does not control or guarantee the absence of computer viruses in the services provided by third parties that may cause alterations to your computer systems (software and hardware) or to the electronic documents and files stored in your computer system.
BLAUET S.A. offers a considerable number of links to other web pages as a complement to its offer of information and services. Nevertheless, it cannot be held liable for the information, products or services that may be found at Internet addresses not directly owned by BLAUET S.A.
BLAUET S.A. lacks the means to control the use made by users of the website and it therefore does not guarantee that they do so in accordance with these general conditions, although it will take the necessary measures in the event that such unlawful activities are discovered, which includes the interruption of the service offered to the offender.
BLAUET S.A. hereby reserves the right to cease to provide any of its services, for which it shall be sufficient to provide notification thereof through the same means, with prior notice of fifteen days. It likewise reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and conditions of the service, as well as the services and conditions required for the use thereof.
BLAUET S.A. may, at any time, modify these general conditions or introduce new conditions of use, which includes stopping the free use hereof, non-retroactively.
The user hereby accepts that the personal data that he/she provides or that is provided to BLAUET S.A. in the future may be processed in a personal data file, in accordance with its personal data protection policy.
The user, hereby expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which he/she may be entitled, agrees that these conditions will be governed by Spanish law and submits to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for the resolution of any litigation that may arise from the same.
