The collected personal data will be automatically processed and incorporated into the corresponding computer files by BLAUET S.A., which is the holder and manager of its own files. For this purpose, prior to any subscription, BLAUET S.A. will provide users with the appropriate technical means of access to this notice about the Data Protection Policy or any other relevant information, so they can provide their consent to BLAUET S.A. to proceed with the automated processing of their personal data. Except for the fields where it is otherwise indicated, the answers to questions about personal data are voluntary and failure to answer them shall not result in a reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services, unless otherwise indicated.
The reason for collecting and automatically processing personal data is to maintain the contractual terms established with BLAUET S.A., where applicable; to manage, administer, provide, expand and improve the services to which the user may decide to subscribe, register or use; to adapt said services to the preferences and tastes of the users; to study the use of the services by the users; to design new, related services; to transmit service updates; to transmit technical, operational and commercial information about the products and services offered by or through BLAUET S.A., by traditional and electronic means, either currently or in the future. The reason for collecting and automatically processing personal data also includes the transmission of survey forms, which users are not obligated to complete.
BLAUET S.A. has adopted the legally required security levels for personal data protection and has installed all the available technical means and measures to prevent the loss, improper use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided to BLAUET S.A. Nevertheless, the user must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

BLAUET S.A. uses cookies and user sessions for navigating through its network of web sites. These cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and his/her computer and they do not, by themselves, provide the name and surnames of the user. Thanks to cookies, BLAUET S.A. can recognise registered users after their first registration, so they do not have to re-register upon every visit in order to access the areas and services that are reserved exclusively for them. The cookies used cannot read data on the user's hard drive or read cookie files created by other suppliers. The user hereby agrees that the information pertaining to his/her IP address, as well as the exact date and time, will remain associated with the activities that he/she may perform on the network of BLAUET S.A. websites and that the same may be stored on said company's own servers.
